Booking & Cancellation Policy
By making a reservation, you acknowledge and accept our booking, payment, and cancellation policies.
Booking confirmations and cancellations are only processed in writing via email.
Reservations are accepted only for guests aged 18 and above.
A 30% deposit of the total accommodation cost (nights booked × nightly rate) is required to secure your reservation. The deposit cannot be less than the cost of one night's stay.
Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received within two days of making the reservation. If payment is not received within this period, the reservation is considered canceled.
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon arrival at Mantis Seaside Houses.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 21 days before check-in: The deposit is refunded (any transaction fees are covered by the guest).
Cancellations within 21 days of arrival: A 50% cancellation fee of the total accommodation cost applies. The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
For multiple-room bookings, the deposit applies separately to each room. If one or more rooms are canceled, deposits cannot be transferred to remaining rooms.
Extra Guests Policy
Additional guests beyond the booked capacity will not be accommodated.
Extra beds cannot be added to the rooms.
Children Policy
Children under 2 years old stay for free.
Baby cots (for children up to 2 years old) are available free of charge, subject to availability. Please notify reception in advance.
Minors must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. The accommodation is not responsible for accidents resulting from unauthorized use of kitchen appliances or other equipment.
Early Departure Policy
In case of early departure, 100% of the remaining stay cost is charged.
No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in after paying a deposit:
The room is held until 12:00 PM the following day.
If the guest does not arrive, they will be charged 100% of the total stay cost.
This policy follows Article 8 of Law 1652/1986 (Government Gazette 167/A) on hotel-guest relations.
Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Check-in: from 15:00
If arriving earlier, guests can enjoy the property’s facilities until their room is ready.
Check-out: by 11:00
Stay Extension Policy
Guests must request an extension in advance.
Staying in the same room is not guaranteed.
Late check-out fees:
- 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate.
- After 6:00 PM: 100% of the nightly rate.
Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, including broken glassware, furniture, linens, appliances, or decor.
The property is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
Mantis Seaside Houses is not responsible for damage or losses due to force majeure (e.g., earthquakes, fires, extreme weather).
